7 Pleasures

Borderless bodies

In 7 Pleasures, Mette Ingvartsen examines seven cepts of pleasure. She shows you that desire and pleasure are everywhere, not only when it comes to sexual contact between people, but also as a kind of continuum between objects, bodies and their environment. A group of twelve performers gives shape to these sensory sensations. In a long, sensual movement, bodies touch one another, lose their boundaries, vibrate and form unexpected constellations with their environment. Little by little, an experience that awakens pleasure in all its glory becomes visible.

The Red Pieces
