Let yourself be seduced by the Klara Festival. Indeed the theme of this third edition of the broadcasting festival organised by the Festival of Flanders Brussels, the VRT (Klara and Canvas), Bozar and – for this year’s edition – the Kaaitheater, is temptation. The festival traditionally also turns the spotlight on the country that holds the presidency of the EU that year and this time it is Finland.
The opening of the festival (Sat. 2 September, from 2 p.m. onwards) will transform the Kaaitheater neighbourhood (Beco Dock, Avenue du Port, Quai des Péniches, square Sainctelette) into a festival site. Boats, bandstands, the wharfs and the KBC building will resound with the festival’s themes: Tempation and Finland.
