Working Title Platform #6 - Gabriel Schenker’s research aims at exploring the simultaneous possibilities of the body-mind for, on the one hand, producing and coordinating movement in different forms, degrees and intensities, and on the other, its ability for producing mind-images, thought, and language. What is the relation between the processes at work in motion, bodily coordinations/patterns, and the processes of imagining, associating, thinking?

In April, twenty-five students from the PARTS dance school and the ERG (École de recherche graphique) will be engaged in a workshop headed by the choreographer Xavier Le Roy and the art historian and art critic Christophe Wavelet. The basis for the workshop is the performance Continuous Project Altered Daily (1970) by the American choreographer and film-maker Yvonne Rainier, one of the leading figures in the legendary Judson Church group.
