VIDEO: Beyond Gender Quota

Gender quota have been introduced in politics in many European countries. But are quota sufficient to create gender equality? A conversation with Karen Celis (RHEA, VUB) & Sarah Childs (Birkbeck, University of London), moderated by journalist and author Meredith Greer.
With video statements by Johanna Kantola (Tampere University in Finland) & Elin Bjarnegard (Uppsala University).
