reBounce for joy

workshop
10.06.2023

Bounce, reBounce for joy, is an experience in which we are invited to explore how to embody joy as a form of resilience, drive, but also acceptance and letting go.
Bouncing back, bouncing up, fluctuating, reacting to the unexpected, allowing our emotional flow to circulate, as a way of staying connected with our body needs. Could acceptance, loss and grief contribute in searching for a joyous momentum during this playful experience? Joy comes and goes, in different intensities, shapes and durations, collectively or intimate… but whenever it is there, our bodies cannot but express it and make it visible ! Join Nadim Bahsoun for this workshop and make joy visible together !
