Whilst awaiting to see if they will provide the world's ever growing hunger for electrical energy, it is time to get in touch with these technologies. Learn in this mini-workshop about aesthetics, efficiencies and functioning of pv-tech, the relation with biodynamic winemaking and witness a demo of solar cells made of oignons.

Faith Morgan / The Community Solution - The Power of Community, how Cuba survived peak oil VSA, 2006, 53 min. Toen de Sovjetunie in 1990 ineenstortte, kwam Cuba’s economie in een vrije val terecht. Met een afname van de olie-import met meer dan de helft – en van voeding met 80% – was de bevolking de wanhoop nabij. Deze film vertelt over hun ontbering en gevecht maar ook over hun gemeenschapschapsgevoel en creativiteit in deze moeilijke tijden.
