Play a body double in ‘Living Apartment Together’

Have you always wanted to act in a show? Here's your chance! For the production Living Apartment Together, Kaaitheater is looking for extras, body doubles of actors on film.

Living Apartment Together consists, on the one hand, of an already shot film, which will be projected life-size on the side wall of an apartment building. Spectators will be able to look inside five apartments, in which stories gradually unfold. On the other hand, it is also theatre: each extra will portray a player from the film live, in a role without text and with simple actions. Stage experience is NOT required. The extra should bear physical resemblance to an actor, but does not have to be an exact lookalike.

The first (online) introduction will take place in mid-August, followed by an (online) Q&A and feedback session two weeks before the first performance. From 2 to 7 September, you must be physically present for costume fitting, rehearsals and the performances. You will receive a volunteer's fee for the dress rehearsal and all performance days. Snacks and drinks will also be provided backstage.
