Performing with Fear: creative writing, poetry and performance
How often do we consciously engage with fear?
The fear to write.
The fear to perform.
The fear to express.
Or the fear to simply be.
And how does this seep into our everyday lives and actions?
This 3 part workshop explores the concept of fear, through creative writing, poetry and performance. Discussions and interactive activities guide the participants to challenge themselves through different stages of their personal journey, using examples from everyday observations. If you enjoy writing or performing, or would like to step outside of your comfort zone this workshop is for you!
