Pairforming
The painting, Portret van Vincent D., 2004-2009, by Lucas Devriendt, was the inspiration for Performance of A Portrait. In it the painter and his model, the dancer Vincent Dunoyer, looked back on their collaboration. The painting and the performance have now resulted in Pairforming, a collection of videos, dances, photos and drawings. All these components enter into a dialogue with one another, with the audience and with the space in which they are presented.
