Soul Food: in gesprek met Tristero
Over the last few years the Tristero collective from Brussels has built up a fine repertoire. They have performed biting comedies and powerful and well-made plays, highly individual adaptations of prose, and also atmospheric movement theatre, as well as mixtures of all these ingredients. The classics in their repertoire include Mike Leigh’s Abigail’s Party (2004) and the wordless Living (2008). They recently presented the surprising Reset, set in the hyperrealistic setting of a newsagents’ shop, and The Search Project, a piece based on classified ads.
