Worktable
Worktable is een installatie met verschillende kamers, die je één na één doorloopt. Eens binnen krijg je instructies, uitrusting, veiligheidsbril en materialen waar je mee aan de slag kan. Je beslist zelf hoe de dingen uit elkaar gaan: Kate McIntosh legt de hamer klaar, jij doet de rest.
• Artist-in-residence Kate McIntosh overstijgt met haar werk de grenzen van performance, theater, video en installatie. Wat daarin telkens opvalt is de manier waarop ze de afstand tussen speler en publiek weet te overbruggen, en haar voorliefde voor theatrale beelden. In één week tijd kun je drie van haar producties meemaken, speels balancerend op de lijn tussen wetenschap, entertainment, experiment, variété, filosofie en eclectische verhalen.
