Groep versus individu, abstract versus concreet, vormelijk versus vormeloos, product versus proces: dat zijn de spanningsvelden die Thomas Hauert in zijn weerspannig en gesofisticeerd oeuvre onderzoekt. Drie jaar na Accords, keert hij terug met een voorstelling waarin hij verder zoekt naar een bewegingstaal die in real time dialogeert met de lichamelijke intelligentie en intuïtie van de dansers. You’ve changed vertrok van een geïmproviseerde choreografie. Die was de basis voor een video, die op zijn beurt de basis was voor de muziek, die daarna opnieuw gecomponeerd werd. Op deze muzikale compositie werd geïmproviseerd tot uiteindelijk ook de belichting erbij kwam. Al die elementen vormen een antwoord op elkaar, als in een kettingreactie. Zij ontvouwen zich op de scène als een haast psychedelisch spel tussen de verschillende disciplines: dans, muziek, video en licht. Hauert en componist Dick van der Harst zorgen voor een rijke, complexe, gelaagde voorstelling.
