Met deze performance gaat Maarten Seghers de confrontatie aan met beeldende kunstenaars, muzikanten en dansers Fritz Welch, Simon Lenski, Nicolas Field en Mohamed Toukabri. Hij schrijft voor hen een bezwerend lied over de lawaaierigheid van het troosten.
• Maarten Seghers maakt objecten, installaties, performances en muziek. Hij is sinds 2001 verbonden aan Needcompany. In het Kaaitheater presenteerde Seghers de solovoorstelling WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHAT DO YOU MEAN AND OTHER PLEASANTRIES, waarmee hij in 2015 genomineerd werd voor de Choreographer’s Prix Jardin d’Europe.
