Waiting list

In the case of sold-out productions, a waiting list is started 1 hour before the start. You must be physically present to register on the list. We are unable to guarantee you a seat, but if you come early enough, there is a good chance that you will obtain a ticket. Please pay cash. When the performance is preceded by a talk or lecture, the waiting list starts at 6 PM already.

Latecomers

Once the performance has started no one is admitted to the theatre, except during the interval if there is one.

Children admitted?

If you want to bring your children to the show, check the recommended minimum age by phone. You are not permitted to take babies and toddlers into the show.

Matinee Kadee (Sunday matinees)

You go to a show, and in the meantime your children (4-12) have fun in the free workshops. There is free care for the very youngest children. But you have to book!

Schools

Students benefit from the under-26 discount. For programme tips, extra info, invitations to try-outs or an introductory talk, mail publiekswerking@kaaitheater.be.

Groups

Socio-cultural club groups of 10 people or more can get their tickets at a discount. We can also put together special packages. Info: publiekswerking@kaaitheater.be.

Disabled people

Please advise us of your attendance in advance (preferably at least one week beforehand), and we shall provide a good place and assistance if desired. The Kaaitheater and Kaaistudio’s are accessible to wheelchair-users; a wheelchair is available.

Cloakroom

The cloakroom is free and remains open until half an hour after the end of the performance.

Mobile phones, photos, recordings

Please, completely switch off your mobile device before the performance. It is forbidden to take photos or make sound or video/film recordings of performances.
