Maatschappij Discordia takes a look at the Oedipus myth from the perspective of Oedipus’ mother, Jocasta. The French philosopher René Girard believes that our actions never come directly from ourselves, but are always influenced by prevalent social models. So which model influenced Jocasta?

Hannah en Martin is based on the secret love affair of the Jewish philosopher Hannah Arendt and her teacher, the philosopher and briefly active National Socialist Martin Heidegger. The performance was selected for the 2010 Dutch Theatre Festival.
