In Gaze is a Gap is a Ghost , the use of video cameras gives us the impression we are looking through the eyes of the three dancers. The space appears to be moving. Gaze is a Gap is a Ghost  poses questions about the relationship between humans and technology. How do the digital media influence the way we experience our physical, bodily existence? Travelling between the West African metropolis Abidjan and the European art and theatre scene, Monika Gintersdorfer and Knut Klassen are not looking for a mutually inspiring intercultural exchange. Rather, the differences and contradictions between whites and blacks are the driving force behind their idiosyncratic performances.
