Conversations with Mette Ingvartsen, Eleanor Bauer, Ivo Dimchev & Kris Verdonck

In 2013-2016 four artists will be in residence at the Kaaitheater: Eleanor Bauer, Ivo Dimchev, Mette Ingvartsen and Kris Verdonck. In recent years they all came up with excellent work. Moreover, all four of them expressed the desire to create work for large stages. We would like to support them in this evolution towards  productions for the larger stage. During a Residents’ Week our artists-in-residence are taking over the Kaaistudio’s and will be showing earlier and newer works. To end the week, our artists-in-residence are invited to a dinner together with interviewers Guy Gypens and Katleen Van Langendonck (artistic director and programmer at Kaaitheater resp.) and a selected audience. The four artists will reveal their sources of inspiration and great examples. There will be food and drinks for all.
