Rare Works 2: 'dieu& les esprits vivants'
At the end of February you can see 'dieu& les esprits vivants', the piece Jan Decorte, Sigrid Vinks and Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker are creating for the 2005 Avignon Festival. Arno will compose the music. In this play, written in French, Decorte as always touches upon many major themes: good and evil, language and the world, dying (violently or otherwise) and life. At the same time 'dieu& les esprits vivants' is a penetrating and lucid portrait of 'cet homme nommé le sang, le loup et le diable'.
