Permafrost

installation

Permafrost is a sound sculpture based on the freezing of water. The crystallisation process becomes the source of the sound, and the material bursts out becomes visible and tangible. Aernoudt Jacobs (Brussels) is a sound artist. He studies sound in terms of material and perception and presents his findings in installations and concerts.
